Frequently asked questions
Audio is not playing. What should I check?
Confirm your device volume is audible and that an internet connection is available for content that has not been downloaded. Close and reopen the player, then try the prayer again.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open the app settings or upgrade screen and choose Restore Purchases while signed in with the Apple ID originally used for the purchase. Apple controls billing and purchase history.
Why is an offline prayer unavailable?
Make sure its download completed before going offline and that the app still has enough device storage. Reconnect to the internet and download the prayer again if needed.
Why did I not receive a reminder?
Open iOS Settings, find Chalisa, and confirm Notifications are allowed. Also check that the reminder remains enabled inside the app.
Can I request removal of my data?
Yes. Most prayer preferences and saved items can be removed inside the app. For an applicable privacy or deletion request, email NilApps using the privacy link below.
