This policy explains what information the app uses, why it is used, and how you can control or delete it.

1. Who we are

Chalisa All in One : Audio+Text is provided by NilApps and developed by Nileshkumar Rathod. For privacy questions or deletion requests, email nilapps.feedback@gmail.com.

2. Information used by the app

The app may use limited information needed to provide, protect and improve its devotional features:

  • App interactions, product interaction, diagnostics, crash information and approximate device information.
  • Purchase entitlement status, prayer preferences, favourites, reminders and playback settings.
  • Prayer names, playlists and audio you choose to add. Custom content is stored on your device unless a feature clearly tells you otherwise.
  • Device or advertising identifiers and consent choices when advertising is enabled and permitted by your device settings and applicable law.

NilApps does not sell your personal information.

Advertising & tracking

3. How advertising and tracking are used

The free version may display advertising. With your permission, advertising providers may use a device or advertising identifier, app interaction information and advertising data to deliver or measure ads, including ads shown across apps or websites owned by other companies.

The app requests tracking permission where Apple requires it. If you decline, the app can still show non-personalized or contextual ads. You can change tracking permission at any time in iOS Settings and use advertising consent controls presented by the app.

The optional Peaceful Prayer purchase provides an ad-free experience. Purchase processing is handled by Apple.

YouTube API Services

4. How YouTube is used

The app uses YouTube API Services to let you search for public devotional videos, save selected video links in a prayer list and play them through YouTube's official embedded player.

Data accessed and stored

  • Your search words are sent to YouTube. Results may include public video IDs, titles, channel names and thumbnails.
  • When you save a result, the app may store its public video ID and related public metadata locally on your device.
  • The app does not request your YouTube password, sign in to your account, access private YouTube account data, or upload, edit or delete YouTube content.

Use of these features is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google and YouTube may process information under the Google Privacy Policy.

Delete YouTube-related data

Remove a saved video or delete its prayer list inside the app to remove the locally stored link and metadata. Uninstalling the app also removes locally stored app data, subject to normal device backup behaviour.

You may email nilapps.feedback@gmail.com with the subject “YouTube data deletion request”. Applicable data controlled by NilApps will be deleted as soon as possible and within seven calendar days after the request is verified.

This does not delete information held by YouTube. You can manage Google account permissions through Google Security Permissions. The app currently does not request YouTube account authorization.

5. Service providers

The app may use Apple services, Firebase, Google Analytics, Google AdMob and other configured advertising or diagnostic providers. They process information under their own privacy policies and only for their respective services.

6. Retention and security

Information is retained only as long as needed for the purposes described here, to meet legal obligations or protect the app from abuse. Locally saved prayer preferences remain until you remove them or uninstall the app. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Public YouTube API metadata is deleted or refreshed within 30 days where required by YouTube policies. Verified deletion requests are completed as soon as possible and within seven calendar days.

7. Children

The app is not designed to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so it can be reviewed and deleted.

8. Your choices and rights

You may change notification, tracking and other permissions in iOS Settings. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction or deletion of personal information controlled by NilApps by emailing nilapps.feedback@gmail.com.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when app features, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
