Protection, explained honestly

Premium security starts with clear boundaries.

Vault media is stored inside the private iOS app container with Apple Complete File Protection and your vault lock. Passwords, identity records and private contacts use AES-256-GCM with keys protected by the iOS Keychain.

Optional encrypted backups use a password you choose. Private iCloud Sync uses your private CloudKit database and never stores your vault PIN or recovery key.
